  • Individual Therapy

    I provide one-on-one therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address each client’s unique goals. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and designed to help clients build skills and create meaningful change

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

    When indicated, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders, to help clients face fears and reduce compulsive behaviors. My approach to ERP is highly supportive, balancing effective exposure with empathy and encouragement so clients feel both challenged and safe.

  • Parent Support

    Alongside individual work with kids and teenagers, I work directly with parents to teach them strategies to respond to their child’s distress in ways that reduce accommodation, build resilience, and support lasting recovery.

    I also offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) treatment, which is a research-backed, parent-based approach for reducing childhood and adolescent anxiety and OCD. In SPACE, parents learn how to respond to their child’s anxiety in supportive ways while reducing accommodations that maintain symptoms. I am also trained in SPACE for ARFID.

  • Virtual and In-Person Sessions

    I offer both in-person and virtual therapy so you can choose the format that best fits your lifestyle and treatment needs. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of a hybrid approach, meeting in person at times and online at others, depending on their schedule and preferences. My goal is to make consistent therapy as accessible and supportive as possible, while giving you the freedom to decide what works for you.
